     1) Bonnell Spring We use “Bonnell Spring” for every Whale Spring Mattress. Bonnell Spring is the super spring that has the thickness of 2.4mm. Every piece of our spring is tightly grasped from the beginning to the end of every row. That’s why “Bonnell Spring” is more durable than any other spring form.

     2) V-Edge Support We use “V-Spring” for enhancing the edge-sides of Whale Spring Mattress. V-Spring can expand the lifetime of bedding mattress to be stable and durable. It also protects the edge-sides of bedding mattress not to decline. Therefore, the area of bedding is increased and V-Spring can help to maintain bedding mattress’ shape throughout its lifetime.

     3) Clipper Max In addition, we put the “Clipper Max” between pieces of spring. It can help spring not to move out of bedding frame.

     4) Anti-Dust Mite Substance Whale concerns about your health, so, every Whale bedding mattress has anti-dust mite substance, which can protect the increase of the amount of fungus, bacteria and dust mite. These species are the main points to cause you allergic.

Steel Furniture

     We use the A Grade metal bar that has size 1.0 mm. for producing steel bed. So, you can be sure that our steel bed would be good quality and not be broken or even bent down.

Wooden Furniture

     We, Whale, concern about the natural environments in our producing process and choosing raw materials. According to being made from pieces of wood and wood filings, we use particle-board can be shaped as desired, also strong and durable. We choose “A” graded particle-board to make you sure that every whale product has the same quality.
